All our toughened glass is made to our own Chough Tough BSN 176 with capability for 4mm to 19mm thickness and up to 4,500mm x 2,150mm in size.

Our in house capabilities mean we can supply the largest laminated glass in the UK. Specialising in bespoke, oversize projects for IGU’s, canopy and floor glass, walkways, partitions and architectural features.

Back Painted Glass

Back painted glass has a number of applications ranging from; spandrels, wall panels and partitions. Our state of the art, on site spraying booth and professional spray painting team, enables us to produce the highest quality spray paint finishes.

Sealed Units

Our range of DGU and TDU’s can be supplied with low E coatings to reduce heat loss and enable glazed facades to conform and exceed building regulations. All our IGU’s are available in toughened or laminated form depending on your safety and security requirements, and can be combined with other benefits such as solar and noise control.

Heat Strengthened Glass

This glass continues to gain popularity and is often the choice when sourcing glass for spandrel areas and for laminated sloped glazing where additional strength is required. Strengthened glass also has a comparatively flatter finish than fully tempered glass with lesser optical distortions, ideal for when the highest quality vision is needed.
