Cornwall Group Ltd, Winner of G21 Glass Company of the Year Award, owns several companies predominantly trading in glass manufacturing and glazing. Operating from multiple locations stretching from The Isles of Scilly to Bristol, The Cornwall Group remains very much a family run business and currently employs, approaching 300 colleagues.
Embracing the idea of community support and recognising the wider impact of COVID-19, and the rising cost of living we are all facing, the Cornwall Glass Fund awards grants to local community focused groups in the areas in which we work. The Fund has been running for the past 9 years and has awarded £122,500.00 in grants to local community projects and since 2013, has been guided by the Cornwall Community Foundation.
This year, the Grants panel – consisting of colleagues and family members from Cornwall Group, Cornwall Glass Manufacturing, Cornwall Glass and Annie and Maude – deliberated and granted funds totally £19,660.00 to 21 groups across Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly.
