HGV Driver
(Class CAT C with Hi-ab Licence preferred)
Position: Full Time (part-time positions also available)
Location: Cornwall Glass Manufacturing,
Plymouth, (1 position available), St Austell, (1 position available)
Working Days: Monday-Friday
Full-time Hours: St Austell 7:45am-5:00pm, Plymouth 6:45-5:00pm
Main Purpose of Job:
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced and confident lorry driver
Strong communication skills
Open‑minded with a positive, proactive approach to learning new skills
Takes pride in their work with a right‑first‑time attitude
Reliable, safety‑focused, and able to follow processes
Ideally holds a Hi‑ab licence or is willing to obtain one within 6–12 months
Overview of Role:
Load the lorry using a forklift, crane, lifting equipment, and manual handling (after training)
Glazier and Window Fitter
Position: Full Time

Job Description
Working as part of a small and productive team, the role will involve:
Working in both commercial and domestic sectors
Templating & Surveying
Establishing customer needs
Fitting a range of products, including:
Replacement Sealed Units
Traditional Glazing (including putty work for Bristol)
Mirrors, Balustrades & Shower Screens
Secondary Glazing
Fire Glass & Shopfront Glazing
PVCu Windows and Doors
Specific training for CSCS, IPAF, PASMA will be provided for the right candidate.
Experience:
Glazing & Window Fitting: 2 years (required)
Driving Licence (required)
Glazing Estimator Job
Position: Full Time
Location: Cornwall Glass & Glazing,
Bristol, (1 position available)
Main Purpose of Job
To provide accurate and efficient glazing estimates across windows, doors, curtain walling, and glass products while delivering excellent customer service and supporting the branch with administrative, technical, and order‑processing responsibilities.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in glazing estimating (windows, doors, curtain walling, and glass)
Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Excel
Open to learning new skills and exploring new opportunities
Good general understanding of Health & Safety
Willing to support colleagues and assist where needed
Takes pride in producing accurate, high‑quality work with a right‑first‑time attitude
Candidates from a hands‑on trade background with strong attitude and basic computer literacy may also be considered
Overview of Role
Work as part of a small, productive team within the Bristol (Brislington) branch
Handle incoming sales calls and enquiries
Establish customer needs and provide guidance on product suitability, practicality, and cost‑effectiveness
Liaise with internal colleagues for technical insights and external suppliers for product details
Process orders accurately
Work across both commercial and domestic sectors
Carry out daily administrative duties within the branch
Communicate clearly at all levels, both verbally and in writing
Support general branch operations as needed
