Working Days: Sunday–Thursday

Hours: 10:00pm–6:30am (6:00am finish on Thursday’s shift)

Main Purpose of Job:

To motivate, give instruction and monitor performance of those in production ensuring that work is completed to the required standard and on time.

Overview of Role:

Lead, motivate, and support the night shift production team to achieve daily targets.

Oversee all aspects of the production process, ensuring work is completed to the highest standard and on time.

Plan, organise, and monitor workflow, prioritising production schedules.

Be the first point of contact for your team and liaise with senior management as needed.

Coach, mentor, and develop team members, promoting a positive and productive work environment.

Maintain high standards of housekeeping and safety across the factory.

Troubleshoot issues, analyse faults, and implement effective solutions.

Ensure all machinery is operated safely and only by trained colleagues.

Uphold quality standards and inspect finished products.

Delegate tasks and foster teamwork across departments.

Job Description

Working as part of an small and productive team, the role will involve:

Working in both commercial and domestic sectors

Templating & Surveying

Establishing customer needs

Fitting a range of products including:

Replacement Sealed Units

Traditional Glazing (including putty work for Bristol)

Mirrors, Balustrades & Shower Screens

Secondary Glazing

Fire Glass & Shopfront Glazing

PVCu Windows and Doors

Specific training for CSCS, IPAF, PASMA will be provided for the right candidate.

Experience:

Glazing & Window Fitting: 2 years (required)

Driving Licence (required)
